We’ve already hit Projects 20, 22 and 24, exceeding our targets (just sayin!). The next milestone is Project 27 (where we will be by the end of 2027).

2024 Highlights
Our Journey
Founded
It all started with an idea to do things differently. Creating a business where you feel empowered to do your life's best work. Initially specialising in industrial & aerospace markets, we made our first placement with Thermon.
First Office
Based in Leeds, our first office was quaint, cosy and shared with asbestos surveyors. Don't worry, things got better...
Moving on to Bigger Things
Told you it'd get better. Our second year saw us move to Atlas House in Leeds and our first company trips to Amsterdam and Portugal. And boy, did we have fun!
First RPO Signed
While adding new faces to the team, we signed our first RPO with Vertical Aerospace. We ended the year with a headcount of 19 and £1M turnover.
We Didn't Let Covid Stop Us
Despite a tough year, we continued to grow - expanding our Atlas House office, building Cyber and Contract Recruitment teams.
Bringing Order to the Chaos
Mission Control was born, helping build a world class techstack, create an epic customer experience and build awesome culture for our people.
Time for a Fresh Look
An epic rebrand, awesome growth and 2 new offices in Manchester and London. We ended this action-packed year with a headcount of 65 and £6.2M sales.
Scaling at Speed
What a year! A new office, winning our first awards, headcount reaching 100 and revenue over £11M. Yeah, 2022 was epic.
Recalibration
For every business, complex challenges arise during a growth phase. Navigating this whitewater is essential for sustainable success. So, that's what we did.
Investing in the Future
We built the machine, investing in our techstack & people - with 30 new A-players and 50% of our team getting promotions or pay rises.
