Nothing too good to be true about this… Our Cyber team are experience an overflow of jobs and looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support with the build out of GTM division!
Taking ownership of a new vertical, you would not only be supplied with jobs and relationships from day 1 but be in a great position to build something truly special and progress with the growth of your business!
The role:
What you’ll be doing:
🚀Reporting to a Managing Consultant, you will work alongside our existing team of 2x Senior Consultants as we build out our Cyber GTM division!
🚀You will be identifying opportunities across the US within GTM and playing a key part in building out our 360 business: pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and delivering top level candidates.
🚀Empowered to travel, attend events and meet clients, you will have the opportunity to jet set to the US or EU once per quarter or when needed!
🚀Networking and developing your industry knowledge by being a true SME in how to partner with clients long-term.
🚀Working closely with our Client Services and Marketing teams, you’ll set up a clear value proposition to target these companies and markets, and agreeing the most appropriate client solutions pitch.
The Requirements:
- A proven track record as a 360 consultant is a must – bring on self-generated new clients and repeat business from filling roles.
- Communication is absolutely essential, as you will be joining client pitches, winning new business as well as playing a key role in identifying/delivering talent.
- Resilience is key: you will be getting locked into the industry and growing a market which will come with it’s great reward and challenges. Being prepared to overcome said challenges will be a major game-changer!
- Juggling several plates will be important as you handle multiple different clients, processes, and responsibilities at any one time.
- Flexibility – we offer a lot of freedom and autonomy but you will be working a US market so there will be the expectation of you being available for your client outside of normal UK working hours.
