Since starting the build out of the UK/EU desk in July 2024, our Future Mobility team is looking to add a Senior Consultant to this brand-new team!

The Role:
What you’ll be doing:
🚀 Identifying contract opportunities across the UK & EU within one of our Future Mobility niches (systems, software, mechanical design/ engineering, manufacturing)
🚀 Play an integral part in developing our 360 contract business: market mapping, identify and pitching to new clients, negotiating terms and delivering top level candidates
🚀 Utilising your network, leveraging off existing relationships and continuing to develop your industry knowledge to partner with high quality candidates and long-term clients
🚀 Win the client, not just the job – working closely with our client solutions teams and marketing to provide attractive pitch documents and best solution offerings to potential clients
The Requirements:
- Ideally 2+ years contract 360 recruitment experience, ideally within a relevant industry but not essential. Relevant markets include (but not limited to): any engineering, automotive, aircraft, drones, civil engineering, EV charging, Automation, renewables, software and electronics.
- A proven track record of Business Development (Self-generated business and repeat business with these clients). This role will start job-heavy to get you acclimated to the new market and help you lead generate quickly as you start to own the vertical.
- Evidence of consistency in performance (new runners out per month, new clients/client expansion)
