Due to natural growth and a high-volume of client requirements, our AI team are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to the team. You will be supporting the further growth and development of our AI Research Science vertical.

From day 1, you will receive the support to really get stuck into the market, with access to existing client relationships and 30+ live requirements specific to the AI Research and Development space. This is an opportunity for you to hit the ground running and become a true niche market expert.

The Role:

What you’ll be doing:

🚀 Working amongst a team of 6 AI specialists, with a focus on Research Science to further develop this desk into a successful global operation

🚀 Identifying opportunities across the US within AI Research Science and playing an integral part in developing our 360 business: pitching new clients, negotiating terms and delivering on world class candidates

🚀 Win the client, not just the job – working closely with our client solutions and marketing teams to provide attractive pitch documents and the best solution offerings to potential clients

🚀 Attending international events and client meets with the budget to go to the US once a quarter, when needed

The Requirements:

• Ideally 2+ years 360 experience within a Technology vertical, with US market experience preferable but not essential

• Passion/interest within the emerging technology space – you will be working with some of the most interesting and innovative clients and candidates in the world, we want you to be excited about this!

• A proven track record of Business Development (self-generated business and repeat business with these clients)

• Commitment to the US market – although you will have a lot of flexibility, we will need you to be available for both candidates and clients outside of typical US hours

• A community led approach – happy to be involved with marketing, networking and market focused podcasts to build a network of world class AI R&D professionals
