Own the Creative. Lead the Production. Build Something New.

We’re looking for a Creative Content Production Lead to build and own the content production function at Strativ Group. This is our first hire in video and content production – and it’s a big one. From day one, you’ll be leading creative projects, shaping our visual storytelling, and working across podcasts, photography, and brand video – all aligned with our commercial goals.

You’ll be the person behind the camera, in the editing suite, and shaping ideas into powerful content that drives awareness, consideration, and action across multiple communities.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-end content creation: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, post-production.
• Lead podcast production (video-led) from full series to social clips.
• Own and shoot branded photography for our new website, campaigns, and social.
• Create community-driven content, including reactive short-form and episodic series.
• Translate commercial and marketing strategies into content that delivers results.
• Maintain brand tone and visual consistency across platforms and formats.
• Manage internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Commercial collateral: joining a small marketing department (in start-up mode), there is an expectation for you to chip in and support with the creation of innovative content to support the sales process.

Your Experience

You might come from an agency, freelance, in-house – we’re open. What matters is that you have:

• A solid portfolio of video and photography work (must-have).
• Experience working across branded or B2B content (especially for web and social).
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and editing for different formats.
