Reports To: Head of People
Location: Leeds or Manchester
Working model: Hybrid (3-4 days in, 1-2 days from home)
Required travel: Weekly travel between Leeds and Manchester + London visits when needed

What Your Role Entails:
As Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of our business across five UK and international offices, ensuring our teams have the resources and support needed to succeed.
You will oversee office operations, coordinate suppliers and facilities and provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, helping to create an organised and productive working environment.
What your Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all offices are the same in terms of facilities - attending Manchester and Leeds offices weekly, London monthly and liaising with Managers in Austin and Dubai to facilitate their office needs
Co-ordinating office moves when necessary
Managing and maintaining the CEO's diary, coordinating meetings, appointments and business priorities
Booking travel and accommodation, national and international for all staff
Developing/maintaining relationships with hotels and venue providers, and supporting the marketing team with organising events
Supporting on pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding across the business, utilising our HR system
The Experience you’ll bring:
Previous experience in Office Management / Events Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
