As we continue to grow across the UK and internationally, we're looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help deliver a brilliant experience for every new starter joining Strativ!

What Your Role Entails:

First impressions matter!

We're looking for an organised, people-focused individual to take ownership of the onboarding journey, ensuring every new starter feels welcomed, supported and set up for success from day one.

You'll work closely with our People, Talent Acquisition, L&D and wider business teams to coordinate everything from offer acceptance and induction through to probation completion.

What Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Coordinate the full onboarding journey, from accepted offer through to probation completion

• Ensure contracts, documentation, right-to-work checks and new-starter requirements are completed accurately

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure every new starter is ready for day one

• Organise induction sessions, training programmes and learning activities across our UK and international offices

• Act as a key point of contact for new starters, providing support and clear communication throughout their onboarding

• Track probation milestones, training completion and employee records using HiBob and internal systems

• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve our onboarding experience

The Experience You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in onboarding, HR administration, People Operations or a similar coordination role

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence managing multiple priorities and working with different stakeholders

• A proactive, people-first approach with a genuine passion for employee experience

• Experience using HR systems or coordinating onboarding across multiple locations would be advantageous
